Underwriting/Admin Agent

Would you like to make an exciting leap into the world of Household Insurance? We are currently recruiting for a talented Underwriting/Admin agent to work as part of our established office.

If you are a self-motivated individual who is eager to develop their career, comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment, professional, enthusiastic and has good sales experience then this is a great opportunity to enhance your career.

Role: Household Underwriting/Admin Agent

Location: Liverpool/Hybrid

Salary: £24,255 - £27,876 OTE including £2000 KPI related bonus per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 9:00am - 5:30pm (no weekends)

What you will be doing:

  • Handling internal referrals from sales/renewal team & customers
  • Validating all online sales
  • Assisting and learning underwriting
  • Inviting renewals & completing lapses
  • Dealing with existing customers for mid-term adjustments
  • Always providing excellent customer service
  • Reporting to Head of Department/Manager
  • We are a growing team with future development for progression very quickly

What we're looking for:

  • Commercially aware of the market
  • Confident telephony manners
  • Working alongside a growing team to ensure key deliverables with SLA's achieved
  • Having the ability to understand bespoke systems
  • Household experience would be an advantage but not a necessity

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with working towards targets within a fast-paced environment and be proficient in all Microsoft office products.
