KEY POINTS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • We would anticipate you working at least 15 hours per week. These are flexible however you need to be able to phone clients during normal weekly working hours. (Although, the longer you choose to work, the more success it could afford you via substantial commission payments!)
  • Payment is made based on your provision of successful qualified job leads, which convert into candidate placements, giving you the phenomenal opportunity to earn from 30-45% of the fee. Based on £10K revenue we would expect you to earn £4100!
  • You must be able to invoice us via your self-employment status or own a limited company and own your own laptop and telephone. We can provide software and the support of a lovely manager and small boutique team. (We are not restricting you from working with your other clients).
  • This role is business development to introduce new clients and fresh vacancies / new opportunities to our company - you will not have to do all the other recruitment and administration tasks.
  • This is not a 360 degree recruitment role. We will take the pain from you, including sourcing and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, formatting CV's and client management thus you can enjoy very high rewards, whilst not having to perform the full recruitment life cycle.
  • You must be confident at picking up the telephone to the right decision makers and articulating our proposition and differentiators to secure their trust and to be given the opportunity to fill their vacancies.
  • We are open to the sector you target in recruitment - we enjoy success in IT and Insurance. However, we are open-minded if you have experience in another sector.

YOUR BACKGROUND / SKILL SET REQUIRED

  • Experience of recruitment sales would be a distinct advantage.
  • A sales / lead generation / new business background is a must. A script can be given as well as training and other support.
  • You must be IT literate with very good spoken and written English.
