Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers in the Stafford area.
As a driver for us you will be PAYE. We don't take LTD drivers.
There is a new fleet onsite of DAF and some Merc's. The boxes are fridge units so fridge experience is preferable but training will be provided. There is NO hand balling, this is just driving to RDC.
- Day shifts are Midnight to Midday
- Nights shifts are Midday to Midnight
- Over nights maybe required (client does try to use those that like over nights first)
- Onsite assessments
- Drug and Alcohol testing is part of the assessment
- 1 year Class 1 driving experience
- No more than 6 points
- No driving bans
- 11-13 hour days/nights
- No curtain pulling its all fridge boxes.
- Must have CPC and TACO cards
Pay rates
- Weekdays £15.44 per hour
- Saturday £17.40 per hour
- Sunday /BH £19.18 per hour
