Overheating Assessor - Remote

This is the exciting opportunity for an ambitious Overheating Assessor to join an award-winning sustainability consultancy and help provide highly technical expertise to the property and construction industry.
Job responsibilities include:
- Producing Overheating TM52, TM59, and Part O assessments
- Thermal Modelling, overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES software
- Energy assessments and modelling improvements
- Provide consultancy on building design so it is in line with Part L
- Working with clients and project team to ensure sustainability requirements are achieved throughout development
Requirements for an Overheating Assessor include:
- Good level of general education in regard to English and Maths and be computer literate
- Experience with IES for overheating analysis including TM59 and TM52
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
