Energy Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for an established Energy Assessor to join one of the UK's leading sustainability consultancies, helping them provide highly technical services to the construction and property industry.
Role responsibilities for an Energy Assessor include
- Carry out a large amount of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure clients projects comply with Part L
- Ensure the deliverance of EPC's are met within strict deadlines
- Provision of highly technical consultancy and written reports for planning stages of projects to ensure requirements are met
- Work alongside the client and design team so that sustainability requirements during a project's development lifecycle are met
The ideal Energy Assessor will have:
- An OCDEA qualification with a minimum of 1 years' experience carrying out SAP calculations and assessments
- Good knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations throughout the UK
- Have a good level of education with ideally a degree within a sustainability or energy related discipline
- Have a good understanding of non - residential developments
- Excellent communications skills and is computer literate
