TELESALES / SALES JOB SUMMARY:

Working in a small close-knit team, within a lovely office in Ferndown, the successful salesperson will be sales focused, enthusiastic and driven to produce quality leads and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Creating productive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Accurate notes and input to the CRM.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with potential customers and building rapport.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets set by the Marketing Director.
  • Develop an in depth understanding of the products and services.
  • Working to targets, with the opportunity to earn commission.

KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Methodical and organised with strong time management skills who works well under pressure.
  • Strong telephone manner, with ability to build rapport and engage with people at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills using a variety of software packages, including Office365 and CRM.
  • Consistently strives to perform to the highest level.
