Inbound Material Coordinator

Hales Group is seeking an Inbound Material Coordinator to support our client in Lowestoft. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the inbound processes for materials and packaging supply to ensure they are transacted in the SAP system and available for use in production.

Duties will include:

  • Creating transfer orders aligned with purchase orders
  • Maintain details in excel delivery plans
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders to ensure they are updated if changes are made
  • Check status of material and request clearance to make stock available for transfer
  • Create consignment stock transfers and aligned transfer orders in SAP
  • Flag any shortfalls to materials manager

The successful Inbound Materials Coordinator will have demonstrable experience of the following:

  • Strong excel skills, confident with using Outlook & Word
  • Data analysis, interpretation and problem solving
  • Problem solving
  • Good communicator
  • Logical thinker

LOCATION:

Lowestoft

HOURS:

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

DURATION:

Temporary initially for 6 months

PAY:

£14 per hour
