You will provide support and work as part of a legal cashier team handling client cash and transactions ensuring compliance is maintained.

Job
The role of Cashroom Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:
- Input and process data accurately and promptly onto the firm's invoicing system
- Reconcile and replicate data across systems as appropriate
- Liaise with fee-earners regarding transactions
- Use online banking systems for processing payments
- Provide audit evidence and ensure compliance with Law Society rules for client funds
- Work as part of the team, supporting and advising as appropriate

As a Cashroom Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
- Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrating strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Be a collaborative team player while also showing initiative when working independently.
