The Role:

- Behaviour Management: Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment.
- Encouragement: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes social and emotional well-being.
- Learning Activities: Support the teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring all students can participate fully.
- Supervision: Supervise students during break times, field trips, and other school activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with the classroom teacher and other school staff to support student learning and development.

Requirements:
- Experience in Education: Previous experience working in an educational setting is preferred, but not essential.
