Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Customer Service Co-ordinator, based in Stonehouse.
We are seeking a great candidate to provide comprehensive customer service to all internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
DAY TO DAY:
- Processing customer orders.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Liaise with internal and external departments.
- Tracking shipments.
- Resolving issues.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous export administration experience
- Proven record of understanding and providing an elevated level of customer service
- Strong ICT knowledge - including Excel, Word and SAP/databases
- Excellent communicator with the ability to easily built relationships.
- Ability to analyse date, escalate any areas of concern and provide supporting reports when needed.
- Understanding of legislation in the distribution of product overseas.
- Experience of producing export documentation and knowledge of the export process and incoterms advantageous.
