Sales Administrator
Location: Exchange Quay, Manchester

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Mon-Fri (37.5 hrs per week)
Job Summary: To ensure seamless contract execution for our energy business. Manage contract lifecycle, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance while providing support to the sales team.
Sales Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Supporting the sales team with contract drafting and execution.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing regular updates and continued support to the sales team.
- Chase information from sales teams for contract completion.
- Working on FFB CRM database to maintain accurate information.
Sales Administrator - Essential/Desirable requirements:
- Proficient in contract drafting, and execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct in handling confidential information and contractual agreements.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel to produce and update reports.
- Previous experience working in finance and experience on SAP would be advantageous.
- Candidates who've had a dual role in sales admin/finance would be advantageous.
