Description

The duties of the marketing co-ordinator will include:

  • Coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns for the property department.
  • Managing relationships across the business to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Assisting in the production of marketing materials and literature.
  • Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
  • Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.

Profile

A successful Marketing Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Creativity, with an eye for good design.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Offer

On offer is a salary between £25,000 and £27,000
