We are seeking a Merchandiser to join a reputable business in Tewkesbury. This role involves creating product range, sales, and buy plans in collaboration with buying and design teams across all channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock flow, seasonal pricing, promotions, and ensuring product information accuracy for all channels and markets.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop and agree on product range, sales, and buy plans within financial parameters and budgets.
  • Create and manage Category WSSI's, planning stock flow to meet business requirements and reforecasting based on sales trends.
  • Manage future season OTB and place PO's effectively, reacting to trade and maximizing opportunities.
  • Plan seasonal product pricing and promotions in line with company strategy and contribute to the trading strategy for the company calendar.
  • Collaborate with Buying and Design teams to create and update sourcing strategies to support long-term business plans.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date for all channels and markets.
  • Update and reforecast Category WSSI's and Line cards, sharing updates with channel managers to review opportunities.
  • Manage OTB to ensure key and NOOS lines support trading activity and optimize stock management.
  • Handle price and promotional activity to support channel sales budgets and optimize stock management.
  • Optimize full-price store stock packages to drive sales and manage terminal stock effectively, utilizing Outlet and Marketplace Merchandising opportunities.
  • Work with logistics to ensure 3PL KPI's are met, optimizing stock flow and clearing old season stock promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in merchandise planning or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of WSSI management and OTB planning.
  • Ability to work closely with Buying, Design, and Logistics teams.
  • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in managing pricing and promotional activities.
  • Experience in optimizing stock packages and managing stock flow.
