We're looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Service Delivery Team.
The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination and administration of processes related to the delivery of client payroll. This includes processing of client timesheets and producing both weekly and monthly payroll reports and dealing with calls relating to Payroll

What you will be doing?
- Responsible for the day to day running of the Payroll function, ensuring that daily and weekly deadlines are met.
- Responsible for the day to day provision of timesheet and payroll data to ensure the smooth running of Trust payrolls, ensuring that daily and weekly deadlines are met.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of the payroll files and programs that are required for end-to-end processing of the weekly payrolls. These are carried out, according to the agreed schedule, both daily and weekly.
- Ensure that the production of various Excel spreadsheets, daily, weekly and on an ad hoc basis are carried out to accurately record and reconcile payroll information.
- Ensure that the Payroll procedures for the Payroll staff are maintained and updated.
- Process adjustments and uplifts as per current processes.
- Identify efficiencies and improvements and work with the Account Director, Account Manager and Group IT to produce specifications, support testing and delivery of these projects
This is a highly process driven role so the ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail. The role is fast paced and high pressure so you must be resilient and strive to provide excellent customer service and all times. This role is ideal for someone articulate and well-organised with a keen interest in being proactive in their role, motivated by strict deadlines, with good communication skills.
