Job Description:
CRA Consulting is delighted to represent a well-established high street practice in Huddersfield, seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to advance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and preparing reports on title.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
- Proficiency with conveyancing case management systems.
