Our Operations Executive will play a core role within the Operations Team supporting both of the businesses across all departments driving best-in-class admin and customer service standards. You'll use your communication and organisation skills to build and develop strong relationships that will influence a cross-functional continual drive in performance improvement and accuracy within the company ensuring all deliverables are met.

Operations Executive job role -

  • Data Steward for the CRM ensuring the information is accurate and reliable
  • Gather and document business processes and best practices, advise on future state improvements
  • Managing the development and customisation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs and requirements working with third-party IT consultants.
  • Acting as the primary contact for Microsoft Dynamics internally, offering daily support to super users and commercial team members, and ensuring best practices through Definition Handbooks, Quick Start Guides, and user training
  • Analyse and monitor data quality and assist with segmentation opportunities
  • Developing reporting dashboards for Senior Management to measure and log best practices of CRM use as well as creating sufficient dashboards for the team
  • Building effective relationships with all stakeholders across the business

Operations Executive job role - Education job role

  • Onboarding and managing students & their studies
  • Build qualification content & material in a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • To assist with student interaction, to support help them complete their qualification/course and to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide progress reports where required
  • Schedule 1-1's with relevant tutors and students where required
  • To deliver students' results in a timely manner
  • To continuously improve processes

Skills Required for Our Ideal Operations Executive Candidate

  • At least two years experience of working in a relevant role
  • The ability to work independently but know when to consult with senior colleagues
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • English as a mother tongue or total proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • The ability to deal with complex itineraries and multi-task
  • The ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Good judgement and initiative
  • Highly organised and adaptable
  • A good team player, willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues
