Social Worker - Children in Need - Up to £46'000

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven social worker to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing long-term care planning for service users. You will develop care plans that maximise independence and quality of life for service users while ensuring that all clinical and regulatory requirements are met.

You will work closely with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure that the highest level of care is achieved.

Requirements:

  • Social Work England registration.
  • Degree in social care or equivalent.
  • Completed ASYE.
