Ensuring you settle into the school well, there is always someone to lend an ear, and provide any guidance you require.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one to one support for a named child
- Feedback progress to the teacher
- Work as a team to create a nurturing classroom
- Be patient and understanding
- Approach all situations with a positive, can do attitude
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience working with SEN is desirable
- Have experience or interest in working with Children with Autism
- Be adaptable and flexible
- Communicate effectively with others
- Ability to differentiate and provide alternative learning methods
