We are seeking an Commercial Analyst to join our dynamic team, providing key insights to shape strategy and enhance business performance.

The Role: As a Commercial Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights. You'll be tasked with developing detailed reports and dashboards, performing in-depth analysis, and offering recommendations across various teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure insights are aligned with company objectives, supporting better decision-making and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage interactive dashboards and reports that highlight key metrics and trends.
  • Carry out comprehensive investigative analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Partner with teams such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to understand their data needs and provide customized insights.
  • Share findings and recommendations with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Track and monitor the success of key initiatives and campaigns, offering insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance reporting and analytical processes.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms.
  • Experience in utilizing data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • The capability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for discovering insights within data.
