We are seeking an Administrator to join our client's Sales department. This role involves assisting in the creation of company sales reports to analyse sales performance, maintaining customer and pricing information, managing the inbox, and performing general administrative duties. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and have a keen eye for data and detail.

Typical duties include:

  • Producing regular monthly sales reports and gather performance data to understand sales trends.
  • Collating results and analysis across sales team display sales, promotions, and other sales-led activities.
  • Producing ad-hoc reports and data for the sales management team.
  • Responding to emails in the shared inbox in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with pricing queries and maintenance, including the maintenance of master price files.
  • Processing display orders and track sell-in results.
  • Providing support in updating company reports and cover for the Sales Analyst when absent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good overall IT skills.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Thoughtspot is advantageous, though not required as training will be provided.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and work independently without close supervision.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience in customer service and a strong commitment to team collaboration.
