A well established and progressive law firm based in Tunbridge Wells are looking for a Probate Paralegal to join their highly reputable and successful team!
The successful candidate will have / be:
- Paralegal experience (min 2-3 years).
- Probate experience.
- Drafting experience including statements, deeds of indemnities etc.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting.
- Statements of deeds.
- Grant applications.
- Deed of indemnities.
- Oyez forms.
- Preparing initial investigatory letters to banks etc.
- Online searches.
- Estate searches on various portals.
- Registering deaths and arranging funerals.

Salary:
Competitive DOE
Hours:
9:15am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (1hr 15 lunch)
