Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk
Edgware, Middlesex
£28,000 + Pension + Parking
A dedicated Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to provide support with the day to day management of the bought and sales ledger function.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day to day management of the sales and purchase ledger
- Matching supplier invoices with delivery notes and inputting onto computer system
- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing cheque and BACs weekly payments
- Raising sales invoices, credit notes and client monthly statements
- Checking client payment receipts and allocating to client's accounts
- Monitoring client accounts and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email
