Bookkeeper / Personal Assistant

KC Group are working on behalf of a Property Management SME based in the Coleshill area, who are looking to recruit a part time bookkeeper / personal assistant to the Managing Director.

This is a very exciting opportunity for somebody with experience working in an SME, ideally from a property management background, who is now looking for a part time position in a small team.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating spreadsheets for accounts and bookkeeping
  • VAT returns
  • HMRC checks
  • Processing and sending invoices on a quarterly basis
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Calculating quarterly service charge for property portfolio
  • Personal Assistant duties
  • Ad hoc receptionist duties

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a bookkeeping / accounts assistant role
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365
  • Personable, well mannered, and well presented
  • Experience with property management is preferred but not essential

Job Details:

  • 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday
  • Fully onsite role
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays
