Role: HR Assistant (Temporary)
Contract: 6-12 Weeks
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Location: Leek, Staffordshire
Office Angels National Accounts are looking for a candidate to provide support for their client in Leek. This is a temporary assignment to last approximately 6-12 weeks.
Some duties may include:
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team and employees.
- Document Control
- Routine administrative duties
- Inputting sensitive data onto computer based systems
- Assisting with vetting checks for all new staff
- Maintenance of the human resources filing systems
- Collation of all recruitment and equality and diversity data
Requirements:
- Understanding of GDPR regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience handling sensitive data and information
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role required/ HR experience desirable.
