Insolvency Administrator
Pertemps currently have an opportunity for an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join a dynamic company who are going through a period of growth. This role will offer candidates scope to progress as the business grows further.

The role will include:
- The Candidate: We are seeking an experienced insolvency administrator who must be able to work within a busy office environment.
- The candidate must be dedicated to client care and operate at the highest levels of service and will preferably have 2 years' experience within the Scottish debt advice and insolvency sector.
- The successful candidate will have experience of administering a portfolio of personal insolvency clients. Conducting client interviews / call experience also advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the personal debt solutions market, products and the pros and cons of each solution as well as practical experience / knowledge of each from an implementation / administration perspective.
- Administration of a portfolio of personal debt solutions cases from beginning to closure.
- Experience of periodic reviews and ability to objectively review Income and expenditure reviews in line with legislation and guidelines.
- Supervision and training of other members of staff and support to Manager and insolvency practitioner.
- Experience of preparation and submission of Sequestration applications, where appropriate.
