We are currently recruiting for a Contracting Administrator to join our client based on the outskirts of Swindon.

Typical activities:

  • Perform data entry tasks in both Excel and database systems.
  • Quality assurance of the database and loading system using spreadsheets.
  • Verify that all rates entered align with the spreadsheet.
  • Ensure consistency in naming conventions of elements as per the spreadsheet.
  • Follow the cancellation process and determine appropriate cancellation fees based on supplier terms and conditions.
  • Provide regular stock updates to external suppliers and highlight any risks of unsold stock.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database with allocation releases back to external suppliers.
  • Manage a centralised inbox and respond to all emails on a daily basis.
  • Assist Contract Managers with additional ad-hoc tasks and data cleansing duties.
