URGENT: Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced MIG/TIG welder who can do some fabrication work for a busy sheet metal company.
You will mainly be welding a mixture of high volume work and 1 off runs, fabrication and assembly work by hand.
There will be manual handling but for any heavy work, there will be a 2-person lift involved.
It's a strong team, you are left alone and there is no silly production target to hit.
Its full time and it's a company that has lots of work already secured so you have job security.
What skills / experience is needed for this role?
You need to be an experienced MIG/TIG welder who is either local to the Syston area or have your own transport.
We are particularly looking for someone who is ready to start taking the steps into a supervisor role....
It's NOT a trainee role and we are NOT looking for a complete newbie with no experience.
This role offers you:
- Up to £15 - £16 p/hr (more for the right person)
- Regular overtime (1.2x)
- 37.5 hours paid per week.
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment.
- Genuine temp to perm
- Cash bonuses once perm.
