Bookkeeper/Administrator
- Part-time Wednesday and Friday 8.30am to 4pm
- Wimborne location, BH21

- Pay rate £17.00 per hour
- Role to start ASAP until September 2024
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Administrator for our clients.
- Working in a Small office
- Using Sage 50
- Answering calls and emails
- Posting invoices
- Posting purchase ledger and sales ledger invoices
- Running payroll (only 5 staff so takes 10 minutes)
- Weekly Cash flow
- Monthly BACS
- Recording payments
- Reconciliations
- VAT fuel charges
- Quarterly VAT returns
