About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Learning Mentor to join our supportive school community starting in September. This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with students, offering them the support and encouragement they need to succeed academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students who need extra support with their learning and personal development.
- Develop and implement strategies to help students overcome barriers to learning.
- Build positive relationships with students, acting as a role model and mentor.
- Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of enrichment activities and workshops.
- Provide guidance on study skills, time management, and goal setting.

Requirements
- Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education, counseling, or mentoring are desirable but not essential.
