Electrical Maintenance Engineer

This is a great opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join one of the largest building service providers in London. Our client is a well established company who operate to the highest of standards and are known for upskilling their engineers and helping them progress their career even further. The electrical maintenance engineer will be working on a large commercial site comprising four different high end offices giving the opportunity to be part of a large maintenance team.

This job entails undergoing PPM and reactive maintenance, servicing electrical equipment, filling out log books, liaising with sub contractors and responding to client needs, this job follows a fixed pattern of Monday to Friday 8-5.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in electrical engineering, (city and guilds/NVQ or equivalent) it is essential to be hard working and motivated.

Duties

  • PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Single phase and three phase power
  • Fault finding
  • Emergency lighting and fire alarms
  • HVAC maintenance
  • Pumps and motors
  • Water treatment
  • Electrical installation
  • Log books
  • Liaise with subcontractors
  • General building services

Requirements

  • City and guilds/NVQ in electrical installation(level 3)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles
  • Good attitude
  • Can work in a team well
  • Desirable- apprentice trained
  • Career driven and motivated

Salary and benefits

  • £42,000 - £46,000
