I'm currently partnered with a fantastic well known Scottish charity to appoint a HR Administrator for 6 months initially. The HR Administrators purpose will be providing administration support to the HR team ensuring a quality, accurate and timely service.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the HR inbox daily, ensuring all queries are dealt with or passed to the relevant team member in a timely manner
- Support the HR Assistant and hiring managers with recruitment administration, including raising recruitment requests, pre-employment checks and submitting appropriate disclosures
- To accurately action leavers on the system and process any change forms including holiday entitlement calculations
- To run monthly reports and actions as appropriate
- To ensure HR documents are scanned and uploaded to HR electronic personnel files
- To arrange HR meetings and provide support of minute taking as required
- Ad-hoc other HR administration duties
Requirements
- Experience providing administrative support, preferably in a HR environment
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Be a Self-motivated individual
