Location: Central London
Hybrid working - 3 days in, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and reports.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
