Lebanese Head Chef
- Annual Salary: £32k - £35k

- Job Type: Full-time (Shifts: 12pm - 9pm or 2pm - 11pm)
We are seeking a passionate Lebanese Head Chef to lead a dedicated team of four in a vibrant culinary environment. This role is ideal for a chef who excels in Lebanese cuisine and is adept at managing kitchen operations efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Lebanese dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and taste.
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and supervising the team to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Develop menu offerings, plan and price items, and ensure the variety and quality of servings.
- Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the culinary team.
- Collaborate with the management team to align kitchen operations with the overall goals of the establishment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, specialising in Lebanese cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team in a kitchen environment.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and culinary trends.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising food quality or safety.
