I'm looking to speak to highly motivated and customer-oriented Mandarin Chinese Events Customer Support Specialists to join our clients team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to delegates in China, ensuring they have a seamless experience during upcoming events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to delegate inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing clear and accurate information in Mandarin Chinese.
- Assist delegates with event registration, login issues, and accessing event materials.
- Address any concerns or problems delegates may encounter during the event, offering efficient resolutions.
- Collaborate with the internal events team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure follow-up as needed to guarantee delegate satisfaction.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer support processes.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems is a plus.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 2-month contract with a possibility of extension
- Pay: £130 per day.
- Location: Remote, with one day per week required in our Central London office.
