Ideal for those with an analytical background in HR information systems within a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting. You'll produce and analyse data, improve MI reports, and develop People Management Information, analytics, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accessible people analytics methods to promote employee and management self-service.
  • Identify opportunities for data quality improvement and implement process changes.
  • Support the People team with complex and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Enhance People MI processes, managing governance, and risk controls.

Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced Excel (including If statements, Index and Match, Sum Product, Array Formulas), Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Jasper or PowerBI reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyse employee data, produce clear reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
