Description
- Manage and organise team schedules and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams across the organisation.
- Prepare and distribute internal communication materials.
- Assist in the planning and execution of team projects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Oversee and monitor team performance and productivity.
Profile
A successful PA should have:
- 4 years previous PA experience within Financial Services.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the recruitment consultancy industry.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
