We are seeking a diligent and proactive PA, with a knack for teamwork and leadership, to join our Secretarial & Business Support Department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude towards team collaboration.

Description

  • Manage and organise team schedules and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams across the organisation.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communication materials.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of team projects.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee and monitor team performance and productivity.

Profile

A successful PA should have:

  • 4 years previous PA experience within Financial Services.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the recruitment consultancy industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
