Are you an Operations Manager or similar, looking to join a well-established market leading company at the forefront of their industry, where you will drive company operations, taking full responsibility for the entire production process from order to product delivery, benefiting from a fantastic bonus package and excellent progression opportunities into Head of Operations or a Directorship role?

On offer is an exciting opportunity managing the operations of a company that have been established for over 100 years, and are at the forefront of the flour milling industry, working with household names such as Tesco, Waitrose and the Co-op.
In this role you will utilise your leadership and management experience to implement an operational strategy set out by you and the managing director within the first 6-9 months. You will take overall responsibility for Production forecasting, Supply chain management, and the company's strategy plan for ongoing growth.
The ideal Operations Manager will be an ambitious individual, ready to take on training for the industry and business.
THE ROLE:
- Cutting edge, bespoke training that will familiarise you with the key unique aspects of the business.
- Delivering improved processes and systems into the business
- Liaise with trade customers.
- Oversee the production process.
THE PERSON:
- Highly motivated, looking to join a company that offers progression to directorship within 3-5 years.
- Experience as an Operations Manager or similar.
- Local to Chipping Norton.
