Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator
Salary: Nottingham
Location: £24,000 - £28,000
A highly reputable business who have expanded substantially over the last few years are looking to expand their Wealth Management team. Specialising in Financial Planning and Wealth Management for both Private and Corporate clientele and including Investment Management in the service that they offer, this firm covers the Financial Advice market completely and has won awards within the marketplace in recent years.

The Role
- Provide excellent administrative support to their team of experienced Financial Planners
- Preparing meeting packs for annual reviews
- Updating back-office systems with client information and processing new business
- Chasing Letters of Authority
- Liaising with multiple providers and dealing with client queries
- Supporting junior members of staff with training
Required Skills
- Previous experience working in a similar position within financial planning
- Willingness to learn and work towards industry relevant exams
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or working towards desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well as a team but also manage own workloads
