Harrison Sands have a newly created Business Development Management opening in Nottingham with our client, a national driving and logistics recruitment agency and provider of temporary staffing. This is a client facing role ideal for someone with a proven background in face to face sales, or a 360 recruiter from a temps environment looking to specialise in business development.

Our client are Nottingham based, but cover the whole of the East Midlands and are looking for the Business Development Consultant to focus on further developing their client reach in Grantham and Newark, with a stable team of 5 to pass business back to for servicing.

The role will see you travelling to client sites 2 days of the week, spending the remaining 3 days working from the office, making client development calls, sending out information packs, following up on client meetings and tenders and briefing the servicing and support team of client requirements, with some limited bookings fill work when the team are really busy.

Ideally, applicants will have a background in volume temps recruitment, and an understanding of the temporary recruitment process although we will consider applications from strong face to face sales professionals.

The role offers an OTE of £35,000 plus company car, working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am - 4m Monday - Friday.

This will be part of a team of 6, all work collaboratively and in a non-corporate but quality driven environment!
