Property Manager - Holloway
Salary £35,000 - £38,000
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
Our client is currently looking for a talented and experienced Property Manager with a minimum of a year's experience to be based in their well-established property management team in North London.

The Property Manager will provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This role involves strategic planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of property management services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a Portfolio of Properties
- Key Management
- Sending welcome letters, inventories and rent codes.
- Right to rents.
- Updating database
- Booking checkouts
- Renewals and tenant swaps
- Promotions
- Adhoc duties
- Arranging reactive and planned maintenance
- Carry out property inspections

Working Conditions:
- Office-based with regular property site visits.
