Our client is a growing customer-focused Renewable Energy Supplier, with a mission to turn the grid green and offering fair prices to household customers across the UK. They are looking for an Account Executive to join their growing team and help deliver their vision. As a Partner Support Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of exceptional customer support using your problem-solving skills to manage all day-to-day queries from their partners, including billing and metering. Key responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Contribute to crafting event comms to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Refine requirement and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
  • Assist finance dept to validate industry invoices to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Primary point of contact for customer support, handling inquiries efficiency.
  • Utilise problem-solving to pinpoint root causes and deliver clear, understandable solutions.
  • Resolve customer queries, managing expectations throughout the resolution process.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while prioritising customer satisfaction.

  • Analytical problem-solving mindset, and deliver findings in a straightforward manner.
  • Addressing various customer queries across multiple communication channels.
  • Commitment to deliver outstanding customer service, to elevate the customer experience.

  • Strong verbal and written comms skills to ensure effective empathy with customers
  • Experience in energy is advantageous, but full training will be given.
