Your new company
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school for a long-term assignment starting in September. For this job, the successful candidate will be working with a team of teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality education to our students.
Your new role
- Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons- Preparing and maintaining classroom resources
- Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and support their academic progress
- Assisting in the assessment and tracking of students' progress
- Providing pastoral care and support to students
- Undertaking administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher- Have relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Have a good understanding of the National Curriculum
- Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed to providing high-quality education to our students
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team
