What You'll Do:
- Be the Salesforce champion within our business, driving adoption and delivering top-notch support.
- Architect, build, and maintain our Salesforce environment, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.
- Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from inception to ongoing support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our change and release processes, ensuring we make the most of our Salesforce investment.
What You'll Bring:
- Expertise in Salesforce best practices, with a focus on secure and efficient solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and experience in high-pressure environments.
- Proven experience with tools like Visual Studio Code, Git, and Jira.
- Salesforce certifications and experience with Service Cloud are essential.
- A collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of OwnBackup, Conga, Splunk, Financial Force, Marketing Cloud, or financial services.
