Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator within our client's Service Delivery Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional project delivery and customer support. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to streamline operations and enhance service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for successful program and event delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
  • Manage resources and information systems effectively.
  • Coordinate communications with stakeholders.
  • Compile regular update reports on project progress.
  • Track finances and monitor project KPIs.
  • Support product development through research and proposal creation.
  • Evaluate existing programs for impact and sustainability.
  • Foster strong relationships within the supply chain to ensure project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an IT Managed Services environment.
  • Project Management Qualifications - Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent
  • Proficiency in AutoTask.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to changing demands.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver superior service to internal customers.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Self-motivated with a strong team orientation.
  • Commitment to quality, precision, and pride in work.
