Salary: £30,000 to £34,000

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic company based in Redhill who is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team,
This role will be fast paced and you will be responsible for dealing with ever changing priorities but day to day your duties will include;
- Processing sales orders
- Providing excellent customer service both other the phone and via email
- Providing management with updates and forecasts as required
- Ensuring the CRM system is correct and kept up to date.
- Other administrative duties as required.
- Working alongside Supply Chain team members on status of orders
We are seeking candidates who have proven previous Customer Service experience, can prioritise workloads and are confident, professional communicators. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and customers.
