The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Co-Educators to join our team as Cover Supervisors starting in September. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about education and looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task with their learning.
- Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
- Supporting students with their learning and providing assistance where necessary.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity and quality of education.
- Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in any subject (Essential).
- Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an educational setting (Desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for education.
