CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT

Our well-established client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to work with the senior director at their Winchester office.
The ideal candidate should be very experienced in supporting a senior fee earner and able to deal with all stages of a property completion from opening the file to post completion work including tidying up any client & office account matter balances and archiving the file.
This is a full-time office-based position (although it could work for 4 days per week).
A parking permit is also provided for parking that is 10 minutes walk form the office.
