Management Accountant – Leading International Group

Our client, an international group experiencing significant growth due to recent investment, is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support the Managing Director at one of their key processing plants.
In this critical role, you will oversee the production of management accounts, handle weekly forecasting, and develop KPIs to help drive the plant's financial performance and efficiency. Your financial expertise will be integral to the site's success, ensuring accurate reporting and sound financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage the site's management accounts
- Lead weekly forecasting and financial reporting
- Develop and monitor KPIs to enhance site performance
- Provide financial insights and support to senior management
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience in a process-driven industry (manufacturing, recycling, or distribution)
- Expertise in weekly forecasting, reporting, and KPI development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
