We are currently recruiting for an exciting Sales Negotiator role for our client who are an award winning, well known brand, independent Estate Agency for their busy office in Rickmansworth. Dealing with Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Land & New Homes and Financial Services, the company pride themselves on offering the very best customer service to their clients.

The ideal candidate should be well presented with strong customer service skills. Ideally 6-12 months estate agency experience, but not essential, as they are open to Trainees, but you must possess some customer service experience. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career with a positive attitude and a winning mindset. Local knowledge would be very welcome although not completely essential.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience
  • OTE £28,000 to £30,000
  • Monday to Friday position working every other Saturday (with a day back when worked, 5 day week)

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • New Home Sales
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Preferably 6-12 months estate agency experience, but open to Trainees
  • Local knowledge preferred and ideally living local to Rickmansworth
  • High level of customer service skills
  • The desire to work well in a team with a positive attitude
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
