Description
The key responsibilities of this German Accounts Assistant will be:
- Responding promptly to suppliers and client queries over email
- Raising sales invoices on Paprika & liaising with the client
- Covering the end to end debtor process
- Updating the aged debtors frequently & liaising with the team
- Processing purchase invoices promptly for 5 entities
- Reconciling 10 bank accounts in various currencies daily
- Creating bi-weekly supplier payment runs
- Setting up payments in the bank for the FD to authorise
- Monthly credit card reconciliations across 3 currencies
Profile
A successful German Finance Assistant should have:
- Minimum two years experience in a similar accountancy role
- Fluency in German
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems.
- A detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- An ability to work effectively in a team setting.
